The hotel is spacious, allowing additional guests to sleep comfortably on the couch without needing an extra bed, but some rooms face noisy areas like the York Hotel with a nightclub, affecting weekend stays until early hours.

The room I stayed in was spacious, ideal for accommodating additional guests on the couch very comfortably. However, the downside was that it faced the York Hotel, leading to excessive noise from the attached nightclub until late hours.

The service provided was incredible, especially when I requested extra cards for my children from the young lady concierge. Additionally, having a fully equipped kitchen made traveling with a baby much easier. Laundry service was prompt and efficient.

The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to main attractions, shopping areas, and transportation hubs like Orchard Road and Orchard MRT station within a 10-15 minute walk. However, the size of the location was a bit small, and transporting shopping items back was challenging due to short taxi distances from Lucky Plaza.

Although the hotel offered a good selection of foods, I felt that the dining experience could have been improved with more menu options and flexibility. On the bright side, they provided refreshments and nibbles throughout the day and night, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, dining was not included in the package.
